Black Rock Forest
BRF is a 4,000-acre natural living laboratory. The Forest is home to award-winning "green" buildings, as well as state-of-the-art laboratory and classroom facilities. Scientists, teachers, and students use the equipment to collect and analyze data to monitor the Forest's health, as well as maintain Forest archives. NYU is a part of the unique alliance that supports and promotes the scientific research, education, and conservation in Black Rock Forest.
